At Niq's Fitness Gym, we focus on quality basics that help you get stronger. While we may not have all the extras, we maintain our equipment well, keep everything clean, and make sure there's enough for everyone to work out comfortably.
FUNCTIONAL TRAINING AREA
This area is exactly what it sounds like - an open space where you can do whatever workout you need. We've got kettlebells, a battle ropes, and a sturdy punching bag. Nothing fancy, but it's all here and ready to use. Whether you're into boxing, need to stretch, or want to try something different, this space is yours to use.
